Terms & Conditions

1. Prices

All prices are quoted Ex-works, Satara and are subject to applicable taxes and charges as mentioned below.

2. Validity

The quotation remains valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

3. Delivery

Standard delivery time is 4–5 weeks from the date of confirmed order and receipt of advance payment, subject to material availability.

4. Packaging & Forwarding

Packaging and forwarding charges: Nil.

5. Freight

Freight charges will be extra at actuals and shall be borne by the buyer.

6. Inspection

Machine inspection will be conducted at our works prior to dispatch.

7. Erection & Commissioning

Electrical wiring, air piping, and civil work will be under the buyer’s scope.
Stay arrangements and local transportation of engineers during installation and commissioning shall be arranged by the buyer.

8. Tax

GST will be charged extra at 18% as applicable.

9. Payment Terms

30% advance along with order confirmation.
70% balance payment at the time of dispatch.

10. Warranty

All machines carry a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

11. Insurance

Transit insurance shall be under the buyer’s scope. We strongly recommend arranging transit insurance to avoid losses due to damage during transportation.

12. COVID-19 Clause

Due to unforeseen situations such as lockdowns, containment zones, or delays in raw material supply, delivery timelines may be affected. We will make every effort to meet the committed delivery schedule.

13. Cancellation Policy

In case of order cancellation by the buyer for any reason, the supplier will refund 90% of the order value.
